What a year 2020 was. If you followed the EPI story, you’ll know we made quite the pivot. We moved from a 100% in-person educational programming company to a totally new virtual platform and brand new CEPA experience. Our goal for 2020 was to add 800 new CEPAs to the marketplace. And in March of 2020, after cancelling our in-person March, April, and May CEPA programs there was no way I thought we would hit that goal. But our EPI team with our partners and our CEPA Program Faculty created one of the best professional education platforms to date.
The CEPA Masterclass Platform. A transformational educational experience delivered virtually through three layers. Virtual classroom instruction, self-study application exercises, and live faculty meet ups with Q&A sessions and networking. This platform allowed us to reach more people and provide a much more cost-effective way to deliver our program for both EPI and the advisor. In 2020 we saw people from across the globe come to the CEPA Program, growing our international presence by seven more countries. We also saw more functional specialists that advise owners such as marketing consultants, IT providers, and leadership and executive coaches. We also saw more business owners coming to the program to learn about the process and methodology. Overall, in 2020 EPI added 1,200 credentialed professional advisors to the CEPA Community. What a year!
