The 2022 Exit Planning Summit was the largest exit planning conference in the world. Over 450 advisors and business owners joined EPI in Scottsdale this past May to learn about business value and exit planning from industry experts from across the globe.
Scott Snider opened the Summit with a message to all advisors, “My goal and promise to you is to lead this organization and keep CEPAs on top. So when owners think, ‘I want to build significance and not just success,’ they think of CEPAs.”
The 2022 Exit Planning Summit Power Sessions
The most highly rated session of The Exit Planning Summit is the Power Sessions. These TED-Talk style sessions provide the audience with a thought-provoking, inspiring, and motivational experience that transforms the way we think and provides actionable education and insights. The audience will hear from experts who represent Experiences, People, and Innovation. These three elements are instrumental for a top advisor in the exit planning space.
During the 2022 Exit Planning Summit, we had six Power Session speakers. These six speakers shared exit planning lessons in the Summit theme of EPI or Experience, People, and Innovation. EPI President, Scott Snider, shares, “Experiences, People, and Innovation are three components that are useful in every industry, but especially in exit planning. Exit planning advisors work holistically with business owners to ensure their business, personal, and financial needs are met. Utilizing the E-P-I concept will create transformational client engagements.”
Scott Snider opened the Power Sessions to discuss the importance of finding your personal purpose. Linda Ruffenach discussed how to build your confidence and create interesting ways to engage your clients. Joe Slatter led a powerful session on the importance of next-level listening. Luci Gabel’s Power Session discussed the importance of healthy eating habits that can make a leader more effective in their business. Ali Nasser shared a powerful message about the pressure owners face to both grow and exit their businesses. Mike McGrann discussed the impact a family can have on the value and success of a business.
The Exit Planning Summit is the premier conference for exit planning advisors and business owners. With three days of educational sessions, networking socials, a large exhibit hall filled with trusted industry partners, and charitable giving, the Summit is a one-of-a-kind event.
