The Power of Feedback: 2019 EPI Member Survey

Understanding what our members find valuable (and what they do not) is crucial to EPI. As we contemplate the future and aim to make important decisions that will impact the direction of our company, the power of your feedback and the guidance it provides gives us the right focus.
We want to ensure that we are providing a best in class membership and support experience. In order to do so, this surveyed feedback is key.

In anticipation of our upcoming strategic planning sessions, we have launched the 2019 EPI Member Survey. The feedback and insights you share in this confidential survey will guide our leaders to make important adjustments, new innovations, and reinforce core benefits that you need and value. You have the ability with this survey to guide where EPI will focus more time, energy, and resources with specific regard to your member benefits and future program options.
The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and all individual responses are confidential.
