CEPA Online: 11 Offerings in 2023! 

The Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) credential is for professional advisors who want to effectively engage more business owners. Through the process of Exit Planning (the Value Acceleration Methodology), owners can build more valuable companies, have stronger personal financial plans, and align their personal goals. 

Earning CEPA doesn’t change your expertise, it enhances your ability to engage business owners and have value-added conversations around growth and exit. New EPI Academy Courses

EPI Academy is Exit Planning Institute’s new interactive online learning platform. In the coming year, EPI Academy will house all our virtual education, updated Member Center, student dashboard, and interactive chatroom networking functionality. 

Team Building: Defining, Building, and Leading Well Functioning Teams

We recently launched a new EPI Academy course about the importance of teams and how to lead a successful team. EPI Faculty member, Amy Wirtz, leads this interactive and on-demand course for all business professionals looking to improve the functionality of their teams. 

It’s been estimated that ineffective teamwork results in $1 Trillion of economic waste per year. Combined with virtual work environments becoming more and more commonplace, shifting the dynamic of how teams build trust, it becomes apparent just how important effective team building really is.

This interactive EPI Academy course will take you through the foundational elements of putting a team in place, and how to master behaviors critical to a team’s success. Giving attendees a better understanding of why, when, and where to utilize teams, as well as impactful tools and strategies to put your knowledge into practice.

Empowering Conversations with Business Owners

Coming in 2023, Empowering Conversations with Business Owners provides insights into five critical conversation starters for advisor and client engagements. EPI President, Scott Snider, will walk you through how to effectively foster professional relationships with business owners, what resources and tools to use during these conversations, and how better conversations lead to better businesses. 

Scott will dive deep into the generational differences that impact business owners in the marketplace, and how to change the mindset of the owner towards having value-driven conversations. Empowering conversations produce actionable results and break down barriers that block motivation and act as a catalyst for change.
