Len Bruskiewitz

Len is an experienced leader who has spent nearly his entire life working in and supporting small businesses so that they can be as successful as possible – however, they define success. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with concentrations in finance & economics from Boston College and an MBA from the University of San Diego. In his corporate career of nearly 30 years, Len helped leading high tech companies who serve small business customers (Intuit, Constant Contact, Grasshopper & Nextiva) improve their financial planning processes and grow their revenue through successful partner programs. While at Intuit, he was the business leader who launched QuickBase - one of the earliest SaaS solutions in the market –which generates over $200M in revenue. Over his career he’s owned his own companies, worked at startups and been with startups that became large enterprises. He is also a 3rd generation business owner who grew up in the building that housed his parent’s successful company. After leaving the corporate environment, Len leveraged his experience in the small business space as a Focal Point Business Coach in the Boston area. The satisfaction of helping a client chart a path to a successful exit for a 50-year-old business that was facing an uncertain future due to the death of a spouse, was instrumental in Len focusing his practice on exit planning. Shortly thereafter, Len earned his Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation and continues to help small business owners prepare themselves and their companies for a successful transition. The two major benefits he delivers for clients are a major reduction in stress and a significant increase in value. When he’s not working, Len enjoys spending time with his wife and two adult children. For fun, Len both plays and referees ice hockey (but not at the same time) as well as pickleball.
