Todd Eppert

Todd is a servant leader and master connector passionate about helping individuals and businesses achieve extraordinary success. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Thomas More College. Over a career spanning more than 20 years in small to mid-sized manufacturing businesses, Todd held leadership roles such as VP of Manufacturing at IPC Power Resistors/Post Glover and Skilcraft, and COO at Senneca Holdings. His expertise is navigating complex challenges, particularly in leadership and team development during mergers and acquisitions. In 2017, Todd leaped from the corporate world to pursue his passion for coaching and mentoring. Launching his FocalPoint Business Coaching franchise in Cincinnati in 2018, Todd has helped countless business owners and leaders unlock their full potential. His commitment to guiding family-owned businesses through leadership transitions led him to earn the Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation, complementing his Master Business and Executive Coach certifications. Todd’s dedication to excellence and service has earned him multiple awards at FocalPoint. He also gives back to his community as a Facilitator and Family Guide with the University of Cincinnati Goering Center and as an adjunct instructor teaching family business management at UC. When he's not working, Todd treasures quality time with his wife and two grown sons. Together, they love outdoor adventures, traveling, golfing, scuba diving, and skiing.
