The Eighth Annual Charity Giveback Social

The 2024 Exit Planning Summit in Marco Island, Florida, was a culmination of education, networking, and philanthropy. At the heart of the event was the Charity Giveback Social, where attendees came together to support the Nicklaus Children's Hospital. Let's look at how this year's Summit made a difference in the lives of children in need.

Event Details

Hosted by Strazzeri Mancini LLP and The Founders Group, the eighth annual Charity Giveback Social was a highlight of the 2024 Summit. Attendees participated in both silent and live auctions, enjoyed appetizers, drinks, and live music while generously contributing to the cause.  

The success of the Charity Giveback Social was made possible by the active involvement and support of the Summit attendees, sponsors, and partners, highlighting the power of community-driven initiatives. 

Highlights from the Auction 

The auction featured a diverse array of items generously donated by sponsors and attendees. Notable items included a week-long stay at a condominium in Hawaii, auctioned off by Joe Strazzeri, Orange County & San Diego Chapter President and 2023 Exit Planner of the Year. Congratulations to the winners Steph Thiel and Don Settina! 

The silent auction also offered opportunities to bid on luxury getaways, experiences, event tickets, jewelry, art, wine & spirits, sports memorabilia, accessories, entertainment items, and more unique offerings. Several items garnered significant attention, especially the vacation to a Private Villa in Tuscany, Italy for 6, a stay for 6 in a Private Villa in the British Virgin Islands, and tickets and accommodations for the 2024 Country Music Awards!  These notable bids reflect the generosity and enthusiasm of Summit attendees.

The funds raised will support the hospital's mission to provide premier pediatric care to every child who needs it. With nearly $2.7 million needed daily to operate the hospital, every dollar makes a difference. Your support ensures that all children, regardless of their medical insurance status, receive the care they deserve.
