As you know, the exit planning industry is growing rapidly as the needs of the middle market continue to climb. Exit Planning Institute is proud to support the needs of Certified Exit Planning Advisors (CEPA) and the profession as a whole. This week, we are pleased to announce that our team has grown by three, and we’ve added to our Brand Experience department!
Meet Alexandrea Hooker.
Alex Hooker is EPI’s new Office Assistant. She is an energetic and pragmatic person who is recognized for attention to detail and exceeding customer and employer expectations. She brings to the table impeccable time management skills, which makes her a huge asset to our team. Her background in restaurant service is where she discovered her passion for customer service and helping others.
Meet Joshua Lewis.
Josh joins the EPI team as a new Member Experience Representative. He has a background in customer service and negotiation, and he looks to excel the needs of our members and build solid relationships for the future. Josh’s impeccable ability to build rapport makes him a valuable asset to the EPI Member Experience department.
Meet Nicole Miller.
As a new Member Experience Representative, Nicole offers administrative and leadership background in training, office management, scheduling, recruiting efforts and marketing, with over ten years history in C-level executive support. Nicole’s excellent relationship-building skills and experience in sales, networking, client-facing situations and customer service is what makes her an excellent asset to the EPI team.
