How EPI Uses the Value Acceleration Methodology to Build Leaders

The Value Acceleration Methodology™ (VAM) is at the center of what Certified Exit Planning Advisors (CEPA®) do for their business-owner clients. At the Exit Planning Institute® (EPI), employees embrace VAM every day in their work with CEPAs and behind the scenes.
“Employees embrace the mindset through this formula: help people find purpose, develop the mentality, create vision, establish rhythm, and be performance-centric,” says Scott Snider, EPI President. “Then people see their job as both income generation and value creation. Purpose starts it, but then you need purposeful growth. You’ve never ‘arrived.’ You keep evolving, thinking, improving purpose, mentality, vision, rhythm, performance.”

At EPI, that mindset translates into real career growth. Chase Ross, who joined EPI in 2019, is a prime example of how the methodology supports both individual development and organizational scale. In his seven years at EPI, Chase has held several titles before becoming a member of the executive team as the Senior Director of Operations.
He credits this professional growth to VAM and to leadership's trust in both the methodology and its employees.
