Through her role as Marketing Coordinator, Madison Knaack infuses creativity and precision into our dynamic Marketing team at EPI. Madison has experience in digital marketing and asset creation. She is responsible for the marketing, execution, and growth of EPI’s webinars and CEPA Think Tanks. The leadership team, especially Paige, has worked to keep us involved and ‘in the know’ with EPI jargon so I can be engaged in conversations. The team has a lot of fun but works extremely hard. I have been thrown into training that not only will benefit me as an employee but also allow me to have certifications to show for my time here in less than a month. I also won tickets to a Cavs game at a team-wide meeting which was incredible! I'm looking forward to working more collaboratively with my team and getting to know the nitty-gritty.”

Fun Fact about Madison:

Colin Pyecroft

Pyecroft-Colin-532x500Colin began working with EPI in November 2023. Colin Pyecroft is a dynamic Sales Development Representative who plays a pivotal role in driving the continued growth of the CEPA community. With a genuine passion for building authentic connections, Colin's primary goal is to establish meaningful relationships with a diverse array of advisors within the exit planning community. He understands that fostering lasting connections is not merely a transactional process but a journey that involves understanding the unique needs and aspirations of each advisor.

Just like developing an effective exit planning strategy for a transitioning owner, EPI recognizes that adding exit planning to your firm’s strategy is not “one size fits all.” This is why Colin, alongside the EPI Business Development team, helps new and prospective CEPAs understand the marketplace opportunity and how it fits into your firm’s current service model.

Colin shares, “I enjoy the teamwork within each team, the focus on personal growth, and the opportunity to come in and immediately be effective on the sales team. In my role, I can connect with people daily and help diversify the CEPA community with a variety of advisor types.”

Fun Fact about Colin:

Colin enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family outside of work.
